Farewell BBQ @ PD

i love beaches!

Last saturday, went down to PD to celebrate teng hock's and karen's farewell. Supposed to be myn wee's farewell as well but she couldn't join due to family matter. Anyway, we have great fun. It's been quite some time since I last travel out with friends.

We rented a 3 rooms apartment as there is only 10 of us, ivy supposed to join us later that night but she was exhausted from working so in the end she couldn't make it. Activities for the noon was nothing but camwhoring at the beach. Lol. Usual things to do lah. But we did found some clams from the beach and karyn bbq-ed them for dinner. I didn't taste it but it looks good.

The weather was quite sunny that noon, but rained heavily in the evening. Beng hay took my umbrella because the sun shined too bright for him to handle. Candle pricess (puteri lilin)~

Luckily the heavy rain stopped around 7pm, so our bbq still can be carried on. Phew! Damn worried that it wouldn't stop, or else we'll have to settle for microwave chicken wings instead of bbq wings. Haha.

Starting the fire ain't easy job, some more last minute people like us always forget to get the correct stuff like matches and fire starter. But after an hour of struggling, we got fire! Yeah.

After filing our stomach with chicken wings, sausages, sotong ball, crab stick and some delicious vege (thanks to jolene). And not forgetting a few cups of beer too. We played "Truth or Dare" because we feel bored and we did pretty much stupid/crazy stuff such as:-

1. put sands into bra

2. do striptease

3. lick chocolate from someone's shoulder

4. become human poll and let someone dance around you

Probably due to boredom, we start to carry people around. Can burn some calories as well. And the winners go to...

We end the bbq session with a nice big group picture. Too bad beng hay couldn't squeeze into the picture in time. Big thank to rena for her superb self-cam skill. Lol

We checked out the next morning around 11am, went for some light meal before start the journey home. Me, rena, cher, hay and karyn head back to KL while others return to M'cca. On the way back, karyn did some weird dance move :>

tiring weekend

Gosh, people nowaday always do last minute shopping, the whole One Utama is packed with human last weekend when i went there with my family to do CNY shopping. People buy things like as though it's free maybe they just don't really care because they have no time and stuff. Didn't really buy alot of stuff for myself, but my family almost completed their shopping list. Before that, went to 1U on friday with li wen also after sending jolene to her interview. Bought quite alot of japanese snack from this store that specialize in selling Meiji's product like the infamous Rocky Chocolate Stick. Haha.

it've been quite sometime already...

It's been weeks since i last blogged. Went back melaka for NYE and stayed there for 2 weeks. Didn't bring camera back so these pictures are "stolen" from li wen's facebook album. NYE was nice because had dinner before going for club. Though it's not as happening as those celebration in big cities, but it's the company that matters. Had great fun with my buddies.

Came back subang on last sunday, but due to connection problem, so couldn't blog for few days. By the time it's fixed, i got no time to blog because i'm always going out. For the past few days, i went to places i've never goes before. Places like Pavillion and Skybar. Actually there's more new places in KL that i've not step inside yet. Quite panthetic but true. Anyway, Skybar was quite a nice place to chill out. Teng hock, karen, hui, wen and jolene came up on wednesday so we went there on wed night with karyn, cher and rena. It's a nice spot to enjoy KL night view.

This week i'm packed with outing and dinner. Went for dinner at The Curve with few of my old friends from SAM. It's quite surprisingly that we still remain so close after only spending 1 year of our pre-u together. Had some nice chit chai bout the good'ol days. Hope to meet them more often too. After dinner, some went home so only me, shao hern and tracia went for a drink at The Apartment. They have these funny looking animal chair, so me and my friend decided to camwhore with it. Quite embrassing cause the chair is actually like a small stool for kids, and we look ridiculious on it. But it was fun hanging out like that once in a while. I enjoyed my night!
